Our Collaborative Design process works so well because we spend time really getting to know your business before we start and we work together through the design process. This ensures that we pick up all those little things that make your organisation special.
It's always a challenge making sure an app is successful, but making sure the app aligns with the business and its strategy dramatically increases the chances of success.
Our collaborative design process has three stages:
1. Discovery - where we get to know your business. We look closely at:
Brand - everything the business stands for, the strategy, the values, etc.
Audience - who they are and how they like to play.
Outcomes - what must this app do for the business?
In a fun and active 2-3 day workshop, we help you learn how to become game designers by following our structured game design process. At the end of the workshop, we have the basis of a concept.
3. Concept Development
We then take that concept and bring it to life with visuals, a full scope, business models costs and a business case.
It's about making sure you have everything you need to make an informed business decision. It means that you can proceed with confidence when it comes to development.
