If we're working with you on a project (or have done in the past) and you need to get in touch with us for any reason you can either use our Contact Us Form or pick up the phone and talk to us directly on +61 (0) 2 8923 1200. Please bear in mind that we are in Australia and our normal office hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00 to 5.30
If you have a question about Fizzy.com or need help with a game you have bought, are having issues with activating the game, please check the Fizzy FAQs first. If there isn't a suitable answer, please lodge a support ticket through Fizzy Customer Support. We use the support portal so that we can can keep track of all support issues and you know you are getting your message directly in front of our Fizzy Customer Services department.
