As humans, we all like to have fun. We all like to play. It’s in our nature. This means that your customers want to have fun too. In fact, giving your customers a fun experience could be the vital difference between you and your competition. That’s probably more important now than ever.

Most companies know that fun is an important part of their customer engagement strategy which is why they organise events, encourage friendly customer service and have offers (offers are fun, but they can be expensive).

In times when human interaction is reduced, because of Covid, finding ways for your customers to have fun can be really challenging. With the increased dependency on technology for customer interactions, you should be asking, “are our digital and technology platform fun to use?”

If the answer is no, then maybe you should start thinking about it.
